Deputy Director of Kyrgyzstan State Investment Agency Led a Delegation to Visit Neptune Logistics Group

On the morning of February 6, under the occasion of Kyrgyz President Zaparov's state visit to China, Bikulov, Deputy Minister of the State Investment Agency under the President of Kyrgyzstan, led a high-level delegation to visit Neptune Logistics Group. Mr. Zhu Luzhi, Chairman and General Manager of Neptune Logistics Group, Mr. Qing Beijun, Deputy General Manager and Financial Controller, and Mr. Cai Enyan, Director of Project Logistics Division and Director of Overseas Investment, attended the reception and held fruitful talks.

Mr. Bikulov said that he took the opportunity of accompanying the President of Kyrgyzstan on his state visit to visit Neptune Logistics in Shenzhen, aiming to strengthen the cooperation between the two sides in the field of logistics investment and promote the development of the “One Belt, One Road” initiative. He emphasized that the construction of the Sino-Japanese-Ukrainian railroad will bring broad trade prospects for China's access to Central Asia and Europe, as well as linking up with international countries along the Belt and Road through the Trans-Caspian Sea Corridor, and sincerely invited Neptune Logistics to invest in Kyrgyzstan in the future.
Zhu Luzhi introduced the development situation and future plan of Neptune Logistics during the meeting, and expressed the concern of Neptune Logistics, as an international multimodal transportation enterprise with the core business of China-Europe liner transportation, to promote the development of logistics in Central Asia, and the company's willingness to deepen the layout of its foreign service network in the hope of establishing a closer cooperative relationship with the Kyrgyz government and enterprises.
Subsequently, the two sides held a memorandum of cooperation signing ceremony, laying a good foundation for subsequent cooperation. The meeting not only injected new vitality into the economic and trade cooperation between China and Kyrgyzstan, but also provided an important opportunity for Neptune Logistics Group to expand its overseas market. Both sides expressed that they will make joint efforts to promote the continuous development of Sino-Japanese bilateral relations and make positive contributions to the construction of the “Belt and Road” initiative.
